• Service Downtime: If our services experience prolonged technical failures (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may request a partial refund or credit.

Refunds are not provided for:

• AI-generated content that does not meet personal expectations.
• Accounts suspended due to Terms and Conditions violations.

To request a refund, contact woodle.assistant@gmail.com with your account email, proof of purchase, and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

4 AI-Generated Content

Woodle AI uses AI models via third-party APIs to generate answers for quizzes.

AI-generated content is provided as is, and we do not guarantee accuracy, correctness, or appropriateness.

You agree that we are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. User Data & Privacy

We collect and process user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree that your input data may be sent to third-party AI providers.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Restrictions on Use

You must not:

• Use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our extension or its content.
• Share your account with others or use someone else’s account.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services.

We are not responsible for third-party AI responses or any actions taken based on them.

8. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
